By creating an account or using any Photon Ads service, you accept these terms in full.
Photon Ads provides: ad serving platform, JavaScript SDK, advertiser self-service portal, performance dashboard and reports, billing and payments via Stripe, technical support per plan.
You must: provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, notify us of unauthorized access, be at least 18 years old.
Publishers must: have legal authority over the site, not manipulate impressions or clicks (fraud), not use the SDK on illegal or harmful sites, maintain a privacy policy, comply with applicable law including GDPR.
Advertisers must: have rights to submitted creatives, not submit misleading or illegal content, comply with advertising law, pay invoiced amounts on time.
Payments via Stripe. Monthly billing with automatic invoicing. Non-payment within 30 days may result in account suspension. All prices may be subject to applicable VAT.
We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service (except Enterprise plans with SLA). Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Photon Ads (code, brand, design) is property of Horizontestrutural, Lda. Advertiser creatives and publisher content remain their respective property.
The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for indirect losses. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
Cancel any time, no penalty. Data deleted within 30 days (except legal obligations). Export your data before cancellation. Already-invoiced amounts are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Lisbon.
